The dreaded Tuesday after a bank holiday weekend is one we all struggle with. Getting back into the routine of our work week can be hard after that extra day of relaxation so here are some tips on how to motivate yourself.

Parent: "My son's brace is broken again. I am not happy with this, that's the third time and the braces are only on 3 weeks. I don't think you've done a very good job here"

Swords Orthodontist: "What happened when the bracket came off?"

Brace-friendly brunch at Gourmet Food Parlour

When I'm working, I like to eat lunch away from the practice. If I'm having lunch on a Sunday in Swords, then one of many great places to eat is Gourmet Food Parlour, where I was this weekend. It's still pretty close to Swords Orthodontics (they're on North St, we're about 200m away on Main St) and they serve brunch there on a weekend up to 5pm..
