The Woodlander Breakfast at Gourmet Food Parlour in Swords

Here's the Woodlander Breakfast. Scrambled eggs, herby mushrooms, hot cherry tomatoes, potato and chive cake, toast.

Brace-friendly as there are no hard or crunchy or chewy parts to it. It's also nutritious with plenty of protein, essential amino acids, vitamins C and B12, fibre and the carbs are starchy rather than sugary.

What's your favourite brace-friendly food?
