Just a short blog today. I had a patient in yesterday evening (Swords Orthodontics opens late night on Mondays) from Donabate who arrived about an hour early for their appointment, but as luck would have it, all the patients ahead of her turned up on time and I wasn't able to call her in any earlier than her scheduled appointment.

I acknowledged her early arrival, and apologised that we weren't able to see her any earlier than planned. "No problem," she said. "I've been watching a TV show on my smart phone and putting your wifi to use".

We were delighted - we'd only got the wifi installed a few weeks ago, but already people are using it to make their time at Swords Ortho even more comfortable while they're waiting to be seen!

Winter is coming. Arm yourself, arm yourself with knowledge. I came up with this coat of arms and motto in the style of a well known TV series to sum up the Swords Ortho approach - wisdom and smiles.
