KFC chicken at home
I’m sure during Covid19 some people are missing their favorite diner’s and restaurants. I know I am, so I decided to make these easy KFC chicken tenders in the comfort of my own home.
All you need is:
- Portion of chicken fillets
- 1 egg
- Chili nachos
- Salt and pepper
Step by step to make this recipe;
- Begin by preparing your breadcrumbs (nachos). Get a bowl and pour some nachos in, use a spoon to crush these up. (or whatever technique you like to finely crumb your nachos)
- Add some salt and pepper to the nacho mix once the nachos are finely crushed
- In a separate bowl crack and egg and whisk it up
- Cut up your chicken fillets into smaller pieces
- Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees
- First dip your chicken pieces into the egg and directly after your chicken into the crumbed mix, repeat the process until all the chicken is crumbed
- Spray your oven dish with oil or one cal spray
- Put you chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the chicken half way through
- Choose your side and enjoy!
