Travel advice for Swords Co Dublin

check with Fingal Council or the AA for the most up to date stuff, but here's the story from the Frontline.

Extreme roadworks are underway in the centre of Swords, Co Dublin. Apparently due to a burst watermain or something well underground anyway.

Main Street, Swords is being pulled up by diggers, and is largely closed off.

There is limited local access to part of the Main Street if you enter from the Castle side. You can actually get to the front of Swords Orthodontics (17, Main Street, Swords) by car, and the on-street parking is quieter (not any cheaper) than usual. There is also the regular access to the pay and display parking at the back of the practice and the pay as you leave parking at Swords Plaza.

Certain bus stops on Main Street are not in use for the time being.

Swords Orthodontics is still open for business, but you might want to leave a bit longer for your journey due to traffic confusion.

Dr Murray and all his team will be delighted to see you.

Today's addition is a very useful chat from Courtney on how to look after your braces once you have them on - and your teeth. Please come back to this video often for ideas, because until this coronavirus is sorted out, we can't be spending too much time in a small demonstration room talking about tooth brushing - but there's plenty of space on the internet to ...

Coronavirus response Update

Just a brief update on Swords Orthodontics and our part in the national Covid-19 response

We remain closed for routine orthodontic treatment, but we are still answering emails, and checking the voicemails through out the day. Deliveries to the practice will be accepted by the small crew remaining in the practice while the rest of the team works from home and we will be looking after patients in pain or who have serious problems with their orthodontic treatment as appropriate.

But it's not just about teeth. Given the severity of the problem that Ireland and countries right around the world, it's important to us to contribute to ...
