Dr Marie O Neill - Oral Surgeon
Dr Marie O’Neill began working in the practice in 2015. Her specialty is oral surgery, which involves a wide variety of things:
- removing teeth, particularly wisdom teeth, that many general dentists would find difficult
- treating dental swellings and infections

- placing dental implants to restore spaces where teeth are missing
- exposing buried teeth (often done as part of an orthodontic plan)
- bone grafts and other areas of bone related surgery in the mouth
Dr. O’ Neill was awarded Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh in 2009. In 2011 she completed a Postgraduate Diploma, with Distinction, in Conscious Sedation in Dentistry from Trinity College Dublin.
