Our Orthodontics Practice
Dr Murray and the team make patients smile, not just with braces and Invisalign, but also because we love to find a reason to celebrate. Between our Facebook page, our in-house contests, and seasonal decorations, there is always something new at the office. We do everything possible to make sure you are not waiting too long for your appointment, but our patient lounge is filled with natural light and plenty of things to do, including up-to-date magazines, daily newspapers, wi-fi and big-screen computer games.
Swords Orthodontics Today
Ten years after opening, Swords Orthodontics keeps looking after patients, helping them enjoy great smiles using effective, modern orthodontics, gently delivered in a friendly and healthy environment.
Since we’ve been here a while, we have strong links with the local community and we sponsor the Fingallians Under 10s Ladies' GAA Team, and we have organised a mouth guard initiative for Fingallians GAA club on a few occasions, sponsored Clann Mhuire Ladies GAA team, and supported the Fingal Film Festival, our local rugby club and even a Strictly Come Dancing event ran by Fingallians GAA club!
It’s a pleasant place to have orthodontic treatment, with friendly, familiar, staff who are experienced and able to help patients get the best from their treatment.
We know you’re busy…
We know you’re busy, so you don’t want to be taking time off work, or your children to be taking time off school, or both. To help you here:
- Swords Orthodontics is local, so there aren’t long drives to see us, no frustrations with the price of diesel or petrol or the sterling exchange rate.
- The materials we use are very reliable, so there are less unscheduled “emergency” visits back to us to fix or adjust things.
- We have an in-house laboratory which makes braces and retainers on-site, which allows more flexible appointments for our busy patients and busy parents.
- We use modern computer software to manage our patient details so we can answer your enquiries rapidly and communicate effectively with your own dentist.
- Our software allows us to manage your visits effectively so you’re rarely kept waiting too long (but while you are in our patient lounge before your appointment, there’s new papers daily and up-to-date magazines, wi-fi, frequent patient competitions, cartoons for the younger kids and big screen computer games).

After the Easter Compeition, we ran a colouring competition for our younger visitors. The competition ran from late April to early June, and the pictures had a dental theme. You can find out the winner on our Facebook page.

One of the patients that voted for the actual winner won a prize...a model of the White House!
